Innovation Through Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Novel Devices for PFDs

This session will focus on bringing together physician-scientists and basic scientists from various fields working on fundamental problems in female pelvic medicine. The symposium will provide a forum for dynamic interactions between an interdisciplinary group of researchers, as well as between trainees and leaders in various fields. The format will include expert and trainee presentations with ample time for discussions, leading to new collaborations and ideas at the cutting-edge of mechanistic research. The symposium will culminate with novel Mind Matching break-out sessions. To re-create the networking aspect of in-person conference and to provide an avenue for trainees/junior faculty to connect with experts, participants will be divided into break-out sessions, led by an expert, based on the interest vector you indicate after you register.

The Basic Science Symposium is free of charge but the advanced registration is required.
