Cancellation of your registration and refund requests for registration fees must be submitted in writing to AUGS at firstname.lastname@example.org by September 14, 2021. All refund requests will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made after September 14, 2021.
No-shows to PFD Week 2021 will not be refunded regardless of the reason, including conflicts that arise with a registrant’s schedule or failure to test the computer connection prior to the Virtual Meeting as instructed. Failure to join PFD Week 2021 as it takes place live (e.g., late arrivals or early departures) does not constitute a reason for a full or partial refund.
Registrations are only accepted if the online registration form has been successfully submitted. No registration is confirmed unless accompanied by full payment.
Acceptable forms of payment include: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
There is a $25 fee for badge reprinting onsite.
By registering for the meeting, individuals grant AUGS permission to use any photographs taken.

AUGS only use facilities that are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you require special assistance while attending the meeting, please complete the field marked “Special Needs” on your registration form and staff will contact you. AUGS must have notice by August 31, 2021 to accommodate your request.
