Registration Policies

Cancellation/Refunds

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@augs.org by September 1, 2017. Cancellations made on or before September 1, 2017, will be eligible for a refund less a $50 processing fee. AUGS will not refund cancellations received after September 1, 2017. All refunds will be processed 2-3 weeks after PFD Week.

Payment

Acceptable forms of payment include: checks made payable to AUGS (drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars), VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Registration forms without full payment will be returned for completion. Registration will not be processed without payment. 

There is a $25 fee for badge reprinting onsite. 

Photograph Permission

By registering for the meeting, individuals grant AUGS permission to use any photographs taken.


American with Disabilities Act

AUGS only uses facilities that are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you require special assistance while attending the meeting, please check the box marked “Special Needs” on your registration form and AUGS will contact you. AUGS must have notice by September 1, 2017 to accommodate your request.
