AUGS will provide a pre-conference and post-conference attendee roster to all AUGS Exhibiting Companies whose exhibit booth fees are paid in full. The roster will include name, organization/institution, attendee type (physician, fellow, etc.) and registration type (in-person vs. virtual). The preconference roster will be available and sent on Monday, September 13. The post-conference roster will be available and sent by Wednesday, October 20. Please note, the roster will not include exhibitors and all exhibitors will receive the same roster regardless of when they receive it. The intention of the roster is to assist you in planning your time during PFD Week, to help prepare your onsite team and for follow up after the show. The list should not be used for mass marketing nor should the names be merged into an internal sales database for future events.

Exhibit Space Assignment
To ensure appropriate booth assignment, all exhibitors must provide three (3) preferred booth choices. AUGS reserves the right to assign the best possible booth space and relocate booth assignments, as necessary. Booth assignment is determined based on the following criteria:
- Priority Points
- Contract/payment submission date
Priority points are awarded as follows: 1) 1 point for every 100 square feet of space reserved; 2) 1 point for each year of exhibiting. The date the contract is received at AUGS will be used to determine assignments only when there is a need to break a tie in points during initial assignment or to determine priority for applications received after the initial assignments are made.
Priority Deadline – June 30, 2021
Exhibit space will not be assigned without appropriate payment made first. AUGS requires 100% payment at time of submitting the exhibit contract. If full payment is not received by September 4, 2021, the exhibit space will be released and reassigned until final payment is received and processed.
New for 2021 – ExpoSuites - Fee - $1,500
ExpoSuites are meeting rooms that are conveniently located near the exhibit hall. These ExpoSuites will provide exhibitors a private area for product demonstrations, customer meetings and discussions in a private room away from your exhibit booth. ExpoSuites can be set-up to meet your specific needs.
